Job description

Salary:

Due to continued growth in our IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) practice, we are seeking an experienced Senior TM1 Consultant (W-2 Hourly Contractor) to support client engagements based in the NY Metro area. This role requires on-site presence three (3) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and enhancement of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) applications, including:

  • Building and extending budgeting, forecasting, and planning models
  • Developing and optimizing Turbo Integrator (TI) processes and TM1 rules
  • Designing and delivering reports using Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX)
  • Supporting development and enhancements to existing TM1 environments

The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of hands-on TM1 development experience and a strong foundation in financial and business analysis. You should be comfortable working independently, translating requirements into scalable TM1 solutions, and collaborating with both business and technology team members.

Strong analytical problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, client-facing environment are essential.
