Position: IBM Portal & WCM Specialist- Sr (499198)

Location: 3514-A Bush Street. Raleigh, NC

REQ ID: 499198

Duration : 1+ Months with possibility of extension.

Short Description: Contractor position to assume the leadership role for the technical development, implementation, and support for the portal and web content management aspects of the ECIDS (Early Childhood Integrated Data System) project for OITS GDAC Division.

Complete Description: Duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Lead the technical development, implementation, and support for the ECIDS portal using the IBM Websphere Portal and IBM Web Content Management (WCM) tools

2. Support and assist the development of the ECIDS user interface and overall creative design for the application including mobility support and utilization considerations

3. Writing and testing program code

4. Performing system implementation activities and technical support as needed

5. Developing system and end-user documentation where needed

6. Instructing and training for other team members and end users on the use of the ECIDS application.
