Position Overview:
The Information Technology (IT) Program Analyst will support the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of technology systems across our portfolio. The IT Program Analyst is responsible for decomposing complex business requirements into detailed use cases and technical specifications that developers can execute without ambiguity. This role partners closely with IT, engineering, operations, finance, and customer-facing teams to ensure technology initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. This role involves applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex challenges. working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and delivering work independently while driving alignment across teams.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the organization's point of accountability on use case authorship and business requirements, converting loosely defined business requests into actionable, technically precise user stories
  • Create process flows, sequence diagrams, and data mapping documents to illustrate how data moves between internal systems and third-party Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of a long-term IT roadmap encompassing both internal corporate systems and customer-facing platforms needed to meet lease commitments
  • Lead technical grooming sessions with development and engineering resources to estimate effort, forecast lead time and cost, identify technical blockers, and ensure the systems backlog is ready for development
  • Conduct comprehensive interface testing and data validation upon delivery of a system or system capability, validating that system output matches business logic
  • Support IT operational readiness for new data center launches, and ensure alignment between systems availability and broader data center construction and operations timelines
  • Establish and improve IT program management processes, standards, and governance
  • Coordinate ingestion of IT requirements or systems improvements from customers and oversee translation of those requirements into customer-facing applications
  • Support change management and communication plans for new systems and tools

The successful candidate will have experience and practical expertise in the following:
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT program management, IT operations, business systems analysis, or a related analytical role
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • 3+ years of experience building IT frameworks and systems from the ground up
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional programs involving both technical and business groups
  • 3+ years of experience with program and project management tooling
  • 3+ years of experience with IT governance, risk management, budgeting, and cost analysis for IT program development and execution

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a start-up and/or rapidly scaling company
  • Experience supporting data center operations or other mission-critical business
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) method
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to ingest complex business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans

Expected Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000 Salary + Discretionary Bonus
Travel: This role includes up to 20% domestic and international travel.
