Job description

This is a full-time position with employment expected to last approximately through September 2026 COLSA is seeking candidates for a role supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) under the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Management (ITCM) contract. Provide expertise in IT system planning project management support Review, analyze, and evaluate issues to facilitate effective and efficient service delivery to meet customer needs Prepare briefings, white papers, information papers, recommendations, governance metrics, and policy assessments Collaborate with customers to identify and document project requirements Perform analysis on how to meet user demands for higher reliability and availability of services while meeting DoD requirements Continuously oversee, monitor, and track IT contract(s) for cost, schedule, and performance; and provide monthly metrics and status Provide expert support to government contracting representatives for associate contractors in the execution and administration of new project and baseline tasks Develop descriptive tasking language and assist with government cost estimates Assist with government technical evaluations and recommendations to the Contracting Officer Participate in weekly meetings and customer requirements meetings to prepare and submit bi-weekly reports Assist with developing, documenting, and implementing improved IT efficiencies Assist with reviewing, editing, and completing Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) associated with various DoD contracts Identify trends or other issues that may require special consideration or procedures Submit for and track status of DoD approvals required for new contract efforts Evaluate and recommend changes to existing policies and guidance Document new workflows and recommend enhancements to existing workflows to ensure they reflect current activities Coordinate with customers to develop Program Management Review briefings At COLSA, people are our most valuable resource and centered at our core value. High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 15+ years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / projects. Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams Must possess the ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Capability and/or experience developing and presenting assessments to a diverse audience U.S.
