Job: Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure, & IT Operation
Locations: Palo Alto, CA (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Contract on W2
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • ?Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs spanning enterprise systems,
  • infrastructure, and operational initiatives
  • ?Develop project plans, timelines, and roadmaps aligned to business
  • and technical priorities
  • ?Identify dependencies, risks, and constraints, and communicate
  • mitigation plans
  • ?Manage budgets, resources, and vendor deliverables as needed
  • ?Collaborate with enterprise systems teams (ERP , finance, HRIS, supply
  • chain, CRM), infrastructure, and IT operations
  • ?Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, technical leads,
  • and executive sponsors
  • ?Contribute to PMO governance frameworks and standardized
  • processes
  • ?Establish consistent project intake, prioritization, and portfolio
  • management practices
  • ?Mentor team members and champion continuous improvement
  • ?Provide clear status reports and executive-level presentations
