HRIS Analyst - ADP / Cornerstone / iCIMS Experience Preferred

Louisville, KY 40222 | Onsite | Contract Opportunity | $27.59/hour

Now Hiring: HRIS Analyst

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support Human Resources technology systems and provide day-to-day application support for HR operations.

This role is ideal for a professional with experience supporting HR Information Systems, HR applications, reporting, data analysis, and end-user support. The HRIS Analyst will work closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, payroll, and external vendors to maintain system accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing improvements.

This is an onsite position. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Louisville, KY five days per week.

Position Details

Location: Louisville, KY 40222
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $27.59/hour
Openings: 3 positions available

  • 1 position: approximately 3-month engagement
  • 2 positions: approximately 6-12 month engagements

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily HRIS application support to end users through phone and email
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve HR system issues
  • Process user requests and complete system updates
  • Perform scheduled system activities, including mass updates and data maintenance
  • Audit employee data and maintain data integrity
  • Maintain HR system configuration, including mapping rules, home departments, and security departments
  • Support HR applications including:
    • ADP Enterprise
    • Cornerstone Learning Management System
    • iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
  • Create and maintain reports and queries using HR reporting tools
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementations
  • Develop test scripts, user documentation, and training materials
  • Partner with HR, IT, payroll, finance, benefits vendors, and third-party providers
  • Support HR initiatives and organizational process improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience supporting Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially:
    • Excel
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with HR, IT, and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ADP Enterprise
  • Experience with Cornerstone
  • Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with HR reporting, data analysis, and system administration
  • Experience supporting HR technology implementations or upgrades
