PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support and maintenance for the ERP system and related integrated applications.

  • Assist in managing and implementing updates and upgrades.

  • Interface with different departments within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3-5 years experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment (SysPro)

  • Experience working with EDI systems and partners.

  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflows and processes to identify process inefficiencies and improvements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly.

  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.

Compensation Information:

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
