The primary focus of this role is moving, organizing, and maintaining our RV and boat inventory while helping keep the dealership grounds and facilities in excellent condition. Responsibilities may change depending on the season and the needs of the dealership, so we are looking for someone who is flexible, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Our number one goal is to help families go camping and boating. This position plays an important role in keeping our dealership safe, organized, and ready for our customers and employees.

  • Perform regular lot checks and help ensure units are properly positioned, secured, and accessible.
  • Operate forklifts, tractors, trucks, and other dealership equipment as needed.
  • Assist with mowing, weed control, snow removal, and general seasonal property maintenance.
  • Complete basic repairs and maintenance around the dealership when appropriate.
  • Help maintain outdoor areas, storage spaces, buildings, equipment, and dealership grounds.
  • Support the sales, service, parts, and operations teams as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures when operating vehicles, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on dealership needs.

Requirements
  • Experience safely moving, backing, and parking trailers or other large equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Previous forklift, tractor, towing, landscaping, maintenance, construction, farming, or similar hands-on experience is helpful.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Willing and able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
  • Basic mechanical ability and confidence completing minor repairs are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and identify tasks that need attention.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Schedule
  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Monday to Friday

Compensation
  • $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits (available for all Full-time employees)
  • Excellent earning potential and advancement opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits package with multiple plan options, including vision and dental.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Compliance with MN State's specific laws regarding benefits and leave, including paid sick leave and family leave.
  • Employee discounts and borrowing programs.
  • Profit-sharing.

Bretz RV's Commitment to You
  • Opportunity to work in a family-oriented environment where work-life balance is valued.
  • Growth and advancement opportunities.
