An IT Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet the needs of an organization. They work closely with users and other IT professionals to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Their role often includes both programming and systems analysis tasks, such as troubleshooting issues, optimizing software performance, and documenting processes.
