Description

We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented Analyst to join our asset management team. This role supports IT asset management operations and related technology processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, HAM Pro, and asset management practices, along with a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in the Asset Management discipline. Because the role handles IT assets, storage media, and associated records, the Analyst must understand the importance of data security, confidentiality, and proper chain-of-custody practices. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow

• Familiarity with HAM Pro

• Understanding of Asset Management processes

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

• Desire to develop expertise and excel in Asset Management

• Understanding of data security principles and the importance of protecting sensitive company, customer, and asset information

• Ability to follow established security policies, procedures, and chain-of-custody requirements for IT assets and media

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Support asset management activities and related processes.

• Monitor and manage assigned ticket queues, ensuring timely processing and resolution.

• Utilize ServiceNow and HAM Pro to manage, track, and maintain asset records.

• Update asset records as required, including transportation and inventory status changes.

• Coordinate hard drive decommissioning activities and maintain all required documentation and audit records.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Assist with asset audits and inventory reconciliation efforts.

• Ensure compliance with data security, asset management, and information governance policies.

• Maintain proper chain-of-custody and security controls for IT assets, storage media, and hard drives throughout their lifecycle.

• Safeguard sensitive asset and inventory information by adhering to established security and confidentiality requirements.

• Support audits and compliance activities related to asset management and data security.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

• Assist with process improvements and continuous quality initiatives.

• Help move shipments to and from the receiving dock as needed to support team operations.

• Demonstrate a commitment to learning and advancing Asset Management best practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift and move equipment and shipments up to 50 pounds when required.

• Ability to work on-site at the ISC facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
