About the Role:

As a Hyundai Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately diagnosing and recommending appropriate repairs and maintenance services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will work closely with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Your ultimate goal will be to build long-lasting relationships with customers and ensure their continued loyalty to our dealership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or automotive service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field
  • ASE certification
  • Experience with Hyundai vehicles
  • Experience with Dealertrack software

Responsibilities:
