Responsibilities
Summary:
Under Finance leadership, the Senior Financial Analyst FP&A primarily provides financial support for the Health Services Team. The key functions of this role include developing operational analysis, leading all medical financial planning processes, supporting, and building pricing models, and supporting the financial close process. This position is dynamic and operates in a fast-paced environment partnering with different stakeholders within the Health Services Department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A leads the development, consolidation, and analysis of annual budget and quarterly forecast planning.
  • Partner with Health Services leaders to collect key business inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure financial projection accuracy.
  • The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A builds and maintain financial models that support scenario analysis and strategic decision making.
  • Analyze key drivers of operating performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A deliver executive-level reporting packages including KPI dashboards, financial summaries, and business commentary.
  • Provide analytical support for pricing decisions, contract evaluations, and operational initiatives as requested.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial performance reports with clear insights, variance explanations, and actionable recommendations.
  • Perform other FP&A duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, or accounting. Master's degree in business preferred.
  • Two to five (2-5) years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis roles.
  • Experience working with ERP Software (Preferably Oracle Hyperion Planning/Essbase).
  • Strong business acumen to drive business performance and perform key analysis.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and orally) to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of budget & forecasting process.
  • Ability to plan for, prioritize, and execute work assignments utilizing self-discipline and motivation.
