Job description

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support one senior partners in a fast-paced and collaborative practice environment. About the Job:
¨ Provide day-to-day executive support to one senior partner leading a national team of attorneys, helping manage priorities, workflow, and overall organization
¨ Manage high-volume inboxes, monitor communications, and help ensure timely follow-up on client matters and deadlines
¨ Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, itineraries;, and expense reporting
¨ Assist with time entry, document preparation, correspondence, and administrative support for a busy legal practice
¨ Help track deadlines, organize case-related materials, and maintain strong attention to detail across multiple ongoing matters
¨ Serve as a liaison with clients and internal stakeholders in a polished and professional manner
¨ Provide administrative and operational support to help keep the office running smoothly, including occasional coordination related to the Napa office environment
¨ Take ownership of projects and responsibilities with strong follow-through and accountability
¨ Remain accessible and responsive outside of standard business hours as needed in support of a busy practice environment
¨ Partner collaboratively with an experienced support team in a highly collegial office setting

About You:
¨ 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or high-level administrative support experience preferred
¨ Previous experience supporting attorneys, partners, or senior executives in a professional services environment strongly preferred
¨ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
¨ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
¨ Excellent judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
¨ Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership
¨ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high expectations
¨ Experience with inbox management, calendar management, time entry, and client coordination preferred
¨ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, spreadsheets, and PDF management tools
¨ Legal industry experience helpful, but not required for the right candidate
Hybrid role based in Napa, California. Flexible work environment with substantial remote capability depending on workload and business needs. Availability outside of standard business hours as needed in support of client and practice demands.
