Executive Assistant - Full Time
Hybrid (In-office: Monday-Wednesday, Remote: Thursday-Friday)
Location: SF
Overview
A growing investment team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their EA career-particularly with exposure to venture capital or a similar fast-paced environment-who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars with full ownership of scheduling and prioritization
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare and process expense reports
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs for senior executives
  • Facilitate communication, including in-person interactions and messaging
  • Take notes and assist with documentation using internal tools and CRM systems
  • Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting executives or working in an administrative capacity (venture capital or related industry exposure is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
