Mead & Hunt is looking for a CEI Area Leader in Florida. This position is suited for someone who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to maintain and expand Mead & Hunt's presence in the Florida CEI market. Mead & Hunt has a strong CEI division covering the Southeastern United States. In this role, the leader will have a unique opportunity to shape and focus a Florida division of Mead & Hunt's CEI team. This is a leadership position serving as the face of CEI for the region.
This role is heavily focused on operations, strategy, and business development and will be responsible for managing the Florida CEI division. This position will be backed by the strong resources of Mead and Hunt and play a key role in leading business development and securing new CEI work with FDOT and growing and expanding the division.
Successful candidates will have all of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in the consulting industry.

Ideal candidates will have any/all of the following:
  • Supervisory experience desirable
  • 12+ years of related experience
  • Prior experience working on CEI projects in Florida
  • Experience working with FDOT
  • Ability to serve in a business development capacity. Individuals should have established relationships and past business development experience in Florida.
