Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members on wireless products, services, and customer engagement techniques.

- Monitor team performance through sales metrics and customer feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.

- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.

- Stay informed about the latest wireless industry trends, products, and promotions to effectively educate customers and team members.
