Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance.
The Role
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle with a primary focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. This position helps deliver a positive and seamless experience for candidates, new hires, employees, and leaders through strong organization, communication, and technology-driven processes.
This role serves as a key point of contact for candidates and employees while supporting recruiting activities, onboarding logistics, HR systems administration, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including data management, reporting, document administration, and employee record maintenance
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate information within HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, hiring events, pre-employment screenings, and candidate communications
  • Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to support recruiting needs and hiring timelines across multiple locations
  • Create a positive candidate experience by serving as a professional and responsive first point of contact throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including offer documentation, onboarding packets, orientation scheduling, system access requests, and new hire communications
  • Support digital onboarding processes and ensure timely completion of required documentation and compliance requirements
  • Track, maintain, and report recruiting and onboarding metrics including candidate pipeline activity, time-to-fill, hires by location, and onboarding progress
  • Utilize HR technology, AI-enabled tools, and automation resources to improve efficiency, communication, reporting, and administrative workflows
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the employee and candidate experience
  • Collaborate with HR team members, managers, and field leadership to support workforce initiatives and operational needs
  • Assist with employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events
  • Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies impacting recruitment and HR operations
  • Support additional HR and recruiting projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency with HR systems and technology platforms such as HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office, Teams, and digital collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with AI-powered workplace tools or experience leveraging automation and technology to improve efficiency and administrative workflows
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Excellent communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone calls
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role
  • Familiarity with AI-powered workplace tools or experience using artificial intelligence and automation technologies to improve efficiency, communication, reporting, or administrative processes
  • Role is 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week remote.
