Job description

Peoplevisor is seeking an experienced HR Workforce Systems Analyst to facilitate and drive technology changes & solutions, aligning to corporate policy & best practices. The HR Workforce Systems Analyst will work closely with multiple teams to support Human Resource (HR) technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos Workforce Dimensions Time & Attendance, and Salesforce, and may be involved with several other HR technologies relating to workforce management and in recruiting.
KEY EXPECTATIONS
  • Work with an agile team to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements, create detailed technical design documents or user stories.
  • Initiate and coordinate multiple work efforts across multiple teams to drive secured solutions and manage efforts such as Software as a Service (SaaS) integrations, Single Sign-on (SSO) & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and data migrations.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology integrations, able to communicate effectively with product teams, technology areas and leadership.
  • Assist with defining, implementing and monitoring adherence to policies, processes, and standards.
  • Researches latest industry leading practices to incorporate them into process improvement methodologies

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years of experience in IT delivery.
  • Experience in configuration and integration with cloud-based vended applications (SAML/SSO, APIs e.g. RESTful, packaged third-party application integrations).
  • Fundamental understanding of database technologies (Oracle and/or SQL).
  • Fundamental understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth, basic authentication, etc.).
  • Experience with data migration.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform. Kronos or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language is a plus.
