Full-Time | On-Site | M-F Daytime
Salary Range: $60K-$75K
We are seeking a talented and curious HR professional who values partnership, accountability, and meaningful impact. This is a hands-on, hospital-based HR Coordinator role for someone who wants to be close to the work- supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations; while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team.

Responsibilities
As the on-site HR Coordinator, you serve as the primary HR presence in the hospital, coordinating the full scope of HR operations in close collaboration with centralized HR partners. You are both a trusted resource for employees and leaders and a key connector between the hospital and enterprise HR functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, balancing operational execution with relationship-building, and learning how HR strategy comes to life in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders
  • Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity
  • Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes
  • Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency
  • Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high-performing workplace culture
  • Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level

Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in HR, Business or related field required. (Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of the degree with the approval of Corporate HR)
  • 2 years Human Resources experience required.

Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:
  • Previous HR experience in a healthcare facility with exposure to Joint Commission and CMS preferred.
  • Familiarity with benefit administration, basic HR and Employee Relations functions, payroll administration, and state and federal employment laws.
