The Opportunity:
The HR and Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO and assist with various HR coordination responsibilities.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR processes.
Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and format information for internal and external communications including presentations, emails, memos, and reports.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR team such as onboarding/offboarding processes, employee record maintenance, managing the HR Service Desk, and recruiting support.
  • Coordinate and organize the HR Master Calendar which includes meetings, training sessions, cyclical programs, project timelines and social events. Assist with events as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CHRO.
  • Serve as back-up for HR and Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the HR department.

Your background will include:
  • 1+ years' experience as an administrative professional in Financial, Professional Services, or related sectors
  • Exemplary planning, time management, and work prioritization abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • A passion to learn, to contribute and to reinforce the culture throughout your interactions
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
