Overview

We are seeking a Workday-focused HR Operations professional to support organizational data management and daily business operations within a large enterprise environment. This role will be heavily focused on Workday HCM transaction processing, organizational changes, data updates, and partner support rather than traditional employee relations or HR generalist responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong Workday HCM experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume transactional work while partnering with HR Business Partners and organizational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Workday transactions related to organizational changes, job changes, employee updates, corrections, rescinds, and one-time payments.

  • Execute and validate EIB mass data load updates.

  • Review and approve Workday transactions while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

  • Support HR Business Partners by responding to requests and providing Workday system guidance.

  • Analyze organizational changes and assess downstream impacts across employee and organizational data.

  • Manage and track work requests through Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.

  • Investigate data discrepancies and resolve issues within established service levels.

  • Communicate transaction status, outcomes, and updates back to stakeholders.

  • Support ongoing organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.

  • Strong experience processing Workday transactions in a high-volume environment.

  • Experience supporting organizational data management and employee data changes.

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.

  • Experience working directly with HR Business Partners or internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EIB mass data loads.

  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives.

  • Zendesk or similar ticketing system experience.

  • Background in HR Operations, HRIS, People Operations, or Organizational Data Management.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility enterprise transformation effort, working directly with HR leaders and business stakeholders to support organizational change, Workday enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. You'll gain exposure to large-scale HR projects while making a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
