Job description

We are looking for an HR Coordinator who can deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees while supporting day-to-day human resources operations. This contract opportunity is best suited for someone who enjoys balancing administrative precision with employee-facing support and can work effectively in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will help maintain HR processes, coordinate onboarding activities, and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organization.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities to ensure new employees are prepared, informed, and set up for a successful start.

• Support HR administration by maintaining accurate employee records, processing documentation, and updating information within HR systems.

• Serve as a resource for employees by responding to routine questions related to policies, benefits, and general HR procedures.

• Assist with employee relations matters by gathering information, escalating concerns when appropriate, and helping maintain consistent documentation.

• Manage data entry and system updates across HR platforms while ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.

• Partner with HR team members and business stakeholders to improve the overall employee experience from onboarding through transition periods.

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and standard HR materials using Microsoft Office and internal tools.

• Contribute to operational changes within HR workflows and support process updates as needed during the assignment.

• At least 3 years of experience in human resources, including onboarding and general HR support responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms and strong comfort navigating multiple HR systems.
• Practical knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and benefits-related processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially for documentation, tracking, and communication.
