Human Resources Director

Beaumont at Bryn Mawr

Join our vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located on a beautiful 50-acre campus. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions and help foster a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture.

Position Summary

The HR Director serves as the organization's senior HR leader, overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, training, and talent development. This role is instrumental in supporting organizational success through effective people strategies, employee engagement, and HR technology optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all HR operations and serve as the primary resource for employee-related matters.
  • Maximize the use of ADP and other HR systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics related to recruitment, retention, turnover, engagement, and training.
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, orientation, performance management, benefits and leave management and employee development programs.
  • Design and implement comprehensive new-hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Make recommendations to executive management for improvement of company policies, procedures and practices.
  • Coordinate ongoing employee education and annual organization-wide training initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, communication, morale, and culture-building programs.
  • Conduct employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Manage compensation, benefits administration, payroll, corrective actions, and employee relations.
Technology Skills

Ability to effectively use HR software, reporting tools, and digital systems to improve workflow efficiency, data accuracy, communication, and operational performance. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and identifying process improvement opportunities.
