Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Process Mangement
• Lead the design, implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes and programs.
• Develop scalable and efficient workflows supporting the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, performance management, compensation administration, benefits administration, timekeeping, and offboarding.
• Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures, process documentation, and controls to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Drive operational excellence through process evaluation, automation, and system enhancements.
HR Systems & Data Management
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HR systems and related technologies.
• Manage employee data integrity, governance, security, and compliance with company policies and applicable privacy regulations.
• Partner with IT, Payroll, and external vendors to support system implementations, integrations, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain HR system configurations, workflows, reporting structures, and user access controls.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Oversee payroll processes and collaborate closely with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
• Support payroll system integrations and process improvements.
• Manage benefits administration activities, including vendor coordination, enrollment processes, audits, and employee support.
• Monitor vendor performance and recommend enhancements to improve service delivery and employee experience.
Analytics, Reporting & Compliance
• Develop, analyze, and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
• Provide actionable workforce insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit required government reports, audits, and compliance filings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Conduct data audits and implement corrective actions to maintain data accuracy and reporting reliability.
Project & Vendor Management
• Lead HR operational projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers, including contract performance and service-level expectations.
• Evaluate new technologies and solutions that improve HR effectiveness and scalability.
Employee Experience & Stakeholder Support
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify operational needs and recommend solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR processes, systems, and programs.
• Promote a positive employee experience through efficient, customer-focused HR services.

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or related HR functions.
• Experience managing HR systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting payroll administration and benefits programs.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and vendor relationships.
• Experience within a manufacturing, medical device, or multi-site environment.
• Experience with HRIS implementations, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience working with various HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Paylocity, etc. and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and other employment regulations.
• Understanding of HR best practices, compliance requirements, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of confidentiality standards and handling sensitive employee information.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and operate standard office equipment throughout the workday.
• Ability to occasionally walk production areas and warehouse facilities.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
