About the Role At THE HR SOURCE, we keep organizations running smoothly and efficiently. We're seeking an energetic, detail-driven HR & Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this versatile role, you'll support daily operations across HR, payroll, invoicing, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities Onboarding & HR Support Prepare and process new hire onboarding packages and conduct onboarding orientations. Manage employee records in the ATS and handle payroll handoffs. Administer benefits enrollment, track PTO, and resolve basic employee inquiries.

Payroll & Invoicing Coordinate weekly payroll, collect timesheets, resolve pay discrepancies, report time to payroll vendor. Generate and issue client invoices accurately and maintain updated billing records. Operations & Executive Support Assist talent acquisition with candidate and client communications.

Coordinate employee engagement programs, internal events (e.g., DisruptHR), and office administrative needs. Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO on key strategic initiatives. What You Bring Tech & Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, plus familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

HR & Operations Experience: Hands-on experience with payroll coordination, client invoicing/billing, and basic benefits administration. Core Competencies: Exceptional organization, high attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ready to grow with us.
