As our Human Resources Manager, you'll provide leadership and operational oversight for all HR functions across Haven.
You'll:
  • Lead HR strategy that supports organizational growth and employee engagement.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop talent, succession, and workforce plans.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop HR team members.
  • Guide leaders through employee relations, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, ACA, ERISA, and other federal and state regulations.
  • Oversee benefits administration, HRIS management, workers' compensation, payroll collaboration, and compliance reporting.
  • Champion employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Recommend competitive compensation and benefits strategies through market analysis.
  • Develop policies, training, employee communications, and HR best practices.
  • Continuously improve HR systems, workflows, and processes while embracing new technologies and AI solutions.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • 3+ years of Human Resources management experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Passion for building relationships and helping employees succeed
