Job description

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Human Resources Manager to oversee and support all HR functions within the organization. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing employee relations, and supporting leadership in strategic HR initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This position offers a flexible schedule with an expected commitment of 12-16 hours per week.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management or generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP) is a plus.
