Position: Human Resources Consultant, Except Payroll and Timekeeping Type: Contract Compensation: $59 - $111/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10โ€“40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Process, verify, and maintain comprehensive personnel documentation, including recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence Record and validate detailed data for each employee, such as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, production outputs, supervisory performance reports, and termination records Clearly explain company personnel policies, benefits programs, and procedures to employees or job applicants, contributing to AI model training datasets Assist in the administration and delivery of employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans, providing insights for AI training inputs Respond to inquiries regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring thorough and accurate responses for both people and AI model learning Collaborate with data annotation teams to interpret and structure HR-related scenarios for training artificial intelligence systems Support the evaluation and refinement of AI-generated HR content, upholding accuracy and industry compliance standards Requirements Demonstrated experience in human resources, excluding payroll and timekeeping Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity Proven ability to process and organize complex personnel information accurately Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and employee benefits administration Strong analytical skills with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity Comfort working with digital tools, databases, and remote collaboration platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment Previous experience contributing to AI or data annotation projects within HR Certification in Human Resources or related field Background in training or change management related to digital transformation in HR #J-18808-Ljbffr
