  • Analyze and document current processes, pain points, gaps, impacts, and opportunities for improvement or standardization across business units and operational sites.
  • Contribute to the evolution and optimization of HR systems, including Core HR, payroll, time and attendance, recruitment, HR data, user access, reporting, and integrations.

Advisory Role, HR Data and User Adoption

  • Challenge business requests to distinguish actual needs from proposed solutions, assess upstream impacts, and recommend approaches aligned with HRIS priorities and direction.
  • Contribute to the definition, development, and enhancement of HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Create, structure, and facilitate a Community of Practice focused on AI applied to HR in order to share use cases, establish best practices, support responsible adoption, and foster capability building across HR teams.

Projects, Implementation and Functional Coordination

  • Participate in projects involving the implementation, optimization, or replacement of HR solutions, from the analysis phase through go-live.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and IT teams to ensure alignment between solutions, business needs, security requirements, and operational constraints.
  • Contribute to the analysis of vendor solutions and proposals, including demonstrations, implementation assumptions, risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts.
Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR transformation, business analysis, or HR project management.
  • Significant experience in a multi-site environment, ideally within a manufacturing or operational setting.
  • Experience with Core HR, payroll, time and attendance systems, or HCM platforms.
  • Experience participating in HR solution implementation, optimization, or selection projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to document requirements, processes, test scenarios, gap analyses, and recommendations.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (regular exchanges with employees across Canada).

Assets

  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft, UKG, Dayforce, Kronos, iCIMS, or other HCM platforms.
  • Experience in a unionized environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your well-being and help you thrive-at work and at home. Our offerings include:
