About the Role: We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic programs across multiple functions. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and accountability to ensure all initiatives are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Program Governance & Planning
    • Define Program Scope, objectives, and success metrics.
    • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Full Accountability for Budget and Timeline
    • Track and ensure program delivery stays on budget and schedule, proactively addressing variances and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
  • Risk and Issue Management
    • Identify risks early, maintain mitigation plans, and manage escalations effectively. 
  • Performance and Reporting
    • Provide Clear, timely updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Conduct Post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and implement best practices. 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5-8 years in program or complex project management (multi-site or multi-function preferred). 
  • Education (Asset/Substitution): A university degree (Business, Operations, Engineering, or related ) is considered an asset and may substitute for 3 years of experience. 
  • Proven ability to deliver programs on budget and on schedule. 
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. 
  • Proficiency with program management tools (MS Project, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines. 
  • Mandatory: Bilingual (English and French) for national coordination. 
  • Nice to Have: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification. 

Work Environment: 

  • In-Office role with occasional travel to branches or hQ (up to 25% as needed)
  • Collaboration across Canadian time zones/ flexibility for cross-region meetings.
