The rate offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Hourly Rate:

OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Training Intern will support the training team. They will also gain and apply knowledge about Plexus' industry, infrastructure and business during the assignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support LMS Administration: Assist the training team in administering the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist with Training Compliance: Help monitor and organize training processes to ensure all activities comply with company work instructions, procedures, and training matrix requirements.
  • Maintain & Audit Training Content: Support the team in reviewing, updating, and managing training materials to guarantee all documentation remains accurate, compliant, and up-to-date. Problem Solve with process experts to resolve audit findings and address customer training requirements.
  • Facilitate Material Delivery: Help prepare, format, and organize training resources to ensure smooth and effective content delivery during learning sessions. Partner and collaborate with Subject Matter experts to create content that supports new processes and equipment.
  • Assist in Training Delivery: Work alongside senior team members to support the facilitation of training programs aimed at enhancing employee technical skills.
  • Support Global Communications: Assist in drafting internal communications to help align employees with company-wide and global training initiatives and programs.
  • Promote a Continuous Learning Culture: Bring enthusiasm for learning and development to support the team in creating an engaging, dynamic, and encouraging environment for all participants.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field for the entire duration of internship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Junior level status
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
