Human Resources Generalist
Ridgeland, Mississippi

Mid South Rehab Services, Inc., Ridgeland, Mississippi, is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, detail oriented, team player to join our Human Resources TEAM. If you have experience onboarding, offboarding and conducting new hire orientations, LET's TALK! 

PAYCOM experience preferred or experience with a similar HRIS. 

Principal Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide outstanding customer service to the field via phone, email, chat, and text.
  2. HR data entry for onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding.
  3. Processes personnel actions and input all Employee Partner status changes in a timely manner and within the proper payroll cycle.
  4. Collects, maintains and enters human resources related employee information in the Human Resource Information System database, and distributes needed information or request(s) for information to employees, managers, departments and other customers, as needed.
  5. Coordinates and conducts Newly Hired Employee Partner Orientations.
  6. Maintains compliance with Federal and State employment laws.
  7. Follows company expectations in regard to HIPAA/Corporate Compliance policies and procedures.
  8. Other duties as assigned.
