Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Administrative Support
  • Employees point of contact
  • Front desk and back-office file maintenance
  • General operations support

Human Resources
  • Supporting HR Manager
  • Assist in preparing, proofs, edits, and/or distributes internal communications, such as memos, announcements, policy changes, presentations, and other correspondence.
  • Performs filing, scanning, and record-keeping, including confidential and personal information
  • Assist in managing HR software
  • Monitor various sources of information about policy, best practices, and corporate culture to assist management in adapting company practice
  • Assist in the hiring process and onboarding procedures
  • Assist in coordination in planning and execution of company changes
  • Assist in administering the company recognition program
  • Support ad-hoc projects
  • Monitor compliance (FMLA/PLW, Workers Comp, OSHA, etc)

Requirements
Job Qualifications, Critical Skills/Expertise
  • High School Diploma required. An associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Spanish Language skills required
  • Experience in office administration and support preferred
  • Experience in Human Resource generalist preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of what is confidential information and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Confidence with the ability/willingness to ask questions and make recommendations.
