Job Description

The ERS’s responsibility is to work hand in hand with the Onboarding and Payroll teams to provide an uncommon contractor experience throughout the duration of their employment with Populus Group. They also partner with the National Recruiting Center (NRC) to explore options to keep contractors gainfully employed as their temporary assignments come to an end.


Responsibilities:

  • The ERS will act as the primary point of contact for our contractor through the duration of their assignment.
  • Work with the Payroll Services Specialist (PSS) on any follow up needed with the contractor to ensure an accurate payroll process.
  • Work to advance the contractor’s career through performance feedback and understanding the skills that the contractor has and what they are gaining in this position.
  • Work with the NRC to determine potential options for the contractor once the current assignment is completed.


Employee Relations:

  • First week service calls to all contractors at the start of their assignment
  • Timesheet/expense entry training
  • Quarterly service calls to our contractors to provide high touch customer service
  • Partner closely with Payroll Team for timecard collection to ensure timely and accurate payroll
  • Work with managers for performance feedback that will be shared consistently with the consultant
  • Partner with internal HR in regards to issues around benefits, employee relationships, 401k, etc.
  • Identify and resolve contractor related issues
  • Maintenance of worker authorization documentation and follow up
  • Work with the contractor on performance improvement. Determine what skills they are learning on this assignment. Work with the employees to understand what options are there for them after this assignment is completed.
  • Participate in internal account reviews and quarterly scorecard meetings
  • Onsite service visits to contractors and customers were applicable

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills & Experience
  • Strong ability to display organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and process oriented
  • Strong Computer Skills in MS Word & Excel
  • Customer Service or Recruiting experience is a big plus

Projected Budget Compensation

Hourly Base Compensation: $19.23 - $20.50

Bonus eligibility up to $4,000
