Key Responsibilities (Human Resources Manager):
  • Serve as a go-to HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, performance concerns, and workplace issues
  • Manage HR compliance efforts and help ensure policies and practices remain aligned with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Conduct and support employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes
  • Partner with leadership on performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development
  • Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, accommodations, disability programs, and related employee questions
  • Assist with compensation initiatives, job descriptions, HR reporting, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Coordinate and facilitate training related to compliance, safety, harassment prevention, ethics, and leadership development
  • Maintain HRIS data and utilize reporting and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications (Human Resources Manager):
