Job description

Raka's HubSpot specialist works under the guidance and direction of the director of strategy and content and in collaboration with Raka's strategy and content team members to execute HubSpot implementation, administration, and onboarding tasks in service of larger strategies for Raka's clients. As a HubSpot specialist, you will leverage the power of HubSpot to drive client business goals.
HubSpot specialists have a thorough understanding of HubSpot and each of its Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Operations, and Commerce) and can effectively help guide Raka's clients through the adoption and ongoing process of building out unique HubSpot platform(s). HubSpot specialists work directly with Raka's strategy and content team (as well as our wider team) to help clients reach business needs with HubSpot through strategic consultation as well as hands-on production of common tasks, such as setting up automation, Salesforce integrations, migrating data, sales and marketing emails, property customization, content publishing, social campaigns, digital ad integrations, and more.
The specialist will also document processes they recommend to clients through mapping and collaboration with our technical team. They have a keen eye for process and documenting best practices to ensure consistency for use across the company.
What You Will Do
  • HubSpot administration: Manage and optimize HubSpot for Raka's clients. This includes continuously reviewing and improving processes and making full use of HubSpot's tools, such as Breeze Intelligence, to help clients reach their goals.
  • Onboarding and implementation: Provide HubSpot onboarding and implementation to Raka's clients, including clients from HubSpot's Partner Scaled Onboarding (PSO) program.
  • Data migration: Import data into HubSpot, complete data mapping, and use HubSpot's data management tools to segment lists, organize contact databases, and more.
  • Lead generation: Working with our strategists and other team members, develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation using HubSpot tools such as forms, CTAs, and landing pages.
  • Marketing automation: Develop and configure workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions, update data, trigger notifications, and more.
  • Sales enablement: Use HubSpot's CRM to align marketing efforts with sales goals. This includes working with strategists to help clients define sales processes and manage deal stages and sales pipelines within HubSpot.
  • Software integration: Integrate HubSpot with other systems, such as Salesforce, and ensure accurate data synchronization
  • Training and support: Provide guidance and comprehensive training to clients on HubSpot best practices and how to use the tool effectively.
  • Content publishing tool management: Build landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and CTAs.
  • Client relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, showcasing your expertise in HubSpot.
  • Data analysis: Aid the strategy team in analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented strategies, helping to define data-driven adjustments as necessary, and building dashboards as needed.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align HubSpot initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Stay current with new features and product releases: Keep a pulse on HubSpot releases and updates, and determine how Raka and our clients can best take advantage.
  • Upsell: Highlight HubSpot's value and promote Raka's services in applicable conversations with clients or prospects.
  • Education: Provide training, demonstrations, and documentation for our internal team and the public to build HubSpot knowledge.

What Experience You Have
Essential
  • 2-3 years of HubSpot experience and a working knowledge of each individual Hub, with a strong focus on the Sales and Marketing Hubs.
  • Experience training, onboarding, and supporting clients on HubSpot needs.
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations, data management, and ensuring data accuracy and synchronization.
  • Familiarity managing content using HubSpot's CMS.
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple clients and projects.
  • Ability to document and assess internal processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Semrush, Moz, or other SEO products.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS

This position has a minimum starting salary of $60,000 per year. Individual offers are based on experience, expertise, and the overall qualifications of the selected candidate and may range up to $80,000 per year.
This is a full-time position based out of our office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with remote work permitted.
