HRM Project PM Job description:


Strong Project Management skills

Strong Technical skills (Understand database structures and concept of interfaces)

Strong relationship skills, to be both tactful yet forceful when it comes to duties related to Project Management

Desired experience in HR Payroll and Accounting and related systems. (We use CGI Advantage HR)

Desired experience working in a school system with the above experiences.

Desired experience working onApplicant Tracking and Onboarding initiatives. We are just completing Phase 1 of implementing the following products:

Frontline's AppliTrack (Applicant Tracking)

SilkRoad's Red Carpet (On Boarding)

Education, Training and Experience:


Graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Computer Science, Communications or a related field.

Plus three years of experience as a project manager, business analyst, change management analyst, systems analyst or closely related experience in the analysis of information technology organizations and systems.
