Job Summary
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support for daily HR operations, including onboarding, HRIS management, employee records, and benefits administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct HR department calls.

  • Process employment applications and candidate documentation.

  • Maintain employee records and perform HRIS data entry.
