  • Analyzing system changes and identify potential downstream implications across integrated platforms.

Process Improvement
  • Identifying repeat issues, gaps in knowledge, and inefficiencies, and independently lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Project Management & Data Migration
  • Coordinating cross-functional activities for projects, including M&A and system migration initiatives.
  • Ensuring alignment of activities across teams and timely delivery of project milestones.

Stakeholder & Escalation Management
  • Managing complex escalations, collaborating with P&O, Payroll, Finance, DPS, and external partners
  • Partnering effectively with P&O and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with both global standards and local requirements.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Influencing decisions and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Change & Capability Development
  • Supporting change management and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes through training, coaching, and informal guidance.
  • Coaching peers or back-office teams to close capability gaps and improve performance.
  • Promoting adoption of global standards while identifying and addressing local process gaps.

Risk & Governance
  • Identifying operational risks and escalate appropriately with recommended mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with global P&O standards while recognizing local regulatory variations.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
