Job description

Soni's client is seeking an experienced Director of Treasury & Shared Financial Services to lead treasury operations and shared financial functions. This strategic leadership role will oversee cash management, financial operations, and shared services while driving process improvements, automation, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative finance leader with deep expertise in treasury management, accounting operations, financial systems, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and intercompany funding activities.
  • Oversee shared financial services, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of high-volume transactions.
  • Manage financial systems, workflows, and technology initiatives to improve operational efficiency, automation, reporting, and scalability.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, corporate financial policies, and audit standards.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business leaders to support strategic initiatives, system enhancements, and organizational objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Treasury, Shared Services, Accounting Operations, or Corporate Finance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions within a complex organization.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, financial controls, and process optimization.
  • Experience with enterprise ERP systems, including Oracle-based financial applications, Order Management, and Accounts Receivable platforms. Experience with AP automation solutions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence, automation, and systems improvements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Professional treasury or finance certification, such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), is preferred.
