Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process for solution gallery submissions, from initial intake through publication, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting and actionable insights to monitor adoption, engagement, and overall effectiveness of innovation programs.
  • Support testing, user acceptance validation, and change management activities for internal platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and user satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain clear communications, training materials, and essential documentation to support user adoption and understanding.
  • Actively participate in requirements gathering and testing discussions, providing valuable feedback to development teams and generating insights to enhance platform health and user experience.
  • Execute and validate data migration activities, supporting the transition between existing platforms and custom web applications.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development teams and various stakeholders, participating in relevant meetings and driving alignment.
  • Provide flexible support for additional initiatives within the innovation pillar, adapting to evolving project needs and priorities.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in program management, stakeholder management, communication, and business process improvement.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities, comfort operating in ambiguous environments, and the capacity to drive initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Proficiency in program coordination, requirements gathering, requirements traceability, and process mapping.
  • Proven experience in change management, data validation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with current technology tools from both consumer and maker perspectives, with an ability to conduct light prototyping.
