  • Recommend approval to proceed or additional remedial training based on technician performance and established proficiency standards.
  • Deliver the hands-on technical portion of new technician onboarding, including field-based tasks, equipment familiarization, and required technical qualification activities.
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, managers, and Talent Development to ensure technical onboarding requirements are completed.
  • Track technical onboarding progress and communicate readiness concerns or completion status to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for senior technicians and other designated field trainers, enabling them to train and internally qualify technicians on specific approved tasks after successful completion of requirements.
  • Review procedures, job aids, training content, videos, assessments, and qualification resources for technical accuracy and field relevance.
  • Provide field context, task steps, photos, tool information, and practical examples to support documentation and training development.
  • Update digital training records accurately and on time.
  • Track technician qualification status, onboarding completion, training activity, and related documentation.
  • Analyze training records and reports to identify gaps, trends, risks, and follow-up needs.
  • Maintain required training documentation, qualification records, sign-off materials, and supporting evidence.
  • Provide progress updates, reports, and recommendations to leaders across the organization.
  • Assist with implementation of scalable technician training and qualification plans across regions.
  • Support training delivery using mobile training equipment, fixed training facilities, equipment demonstration areas, and field-based resources.
  • Partner with Operations leaders to understand field training needs while aligning priorities with the Director of Training.
  • Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.

Requirements
Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze training records and reports to identify gaps, trends, risks, and follow-up needs.
  • Ability to travel frequently to company regions, sites, and training locations.
