Job description

Litigation Marketing Manager
Soni is partnered with a client seeking an experienced Litigation Marketing Manager with a leading law firm. This role will support the Litigation practice.
The ideal candidate brings strong legal or professional services marketing experience and is comfortable managing multiple projects, partnering with attorneys and practice leaders, and executing high-quality marketing and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and customize pitches, proposals, capability statements, and other sales enablement materials for the Litigation practice
  • Coordinate practice-led events, sponsorships, client receptions, and other client development initiatives
  • Serve as a key marketing partner to attorneys and practice group leadership, managing incoming requests and priorities
  • Project manage Chambers and other legal directory/ranking submissions, including timelines, data collection, and internal reviews
  • Maintain and refresh practice-specific marketing materials, including attorney bios, practice descriptions, and related content
  • Partner with Digital, Creative, Events, and other Marketing teams to execute practice-specific campaigns and initiatives
  • Support market research and competitive intelligence initiatives
  • Lead marketing onboarding and integration support for lateral attorneys
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and brand consistency
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong experience developing and managing pitches and proposals
  • Experience supporting events, sponsorships, and client development initiatives
  • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with attorneys and senior stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with legal directories, rankings, and CRM systems is a plus
Compensation: $50 - $65/ Hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
