Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager Location-Type: Remote (Austin, TX or Washington, DC preferred) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract, 6 months Compensation Range: $45/hr - $66/hr Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role owns the full event lifecycle for the client's field marketing function, executing and optimizing a high-volume portfolio of trade shows, campaigns, and ABM initiatives to drive engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth. Job Summary
  • Own end-to-end event lifecycle for approximately 150 trade shows and third-party events annually, from identification through post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize and select the right campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to execute
  • Coordinate all event logistics including venue research, registration page builds, event briefs, and logo placement with external vendors and hosts
  • Manage procurement processes including purchase orders, contracts, and invoice processing using the client's procurement systems
  • Build and maintain Salesforce.com campaigns, manage list uploads, and develop targeted prospect lists to accelerate pipeline and retention
  • Produce post-event data reports, follow-up email templates, and newsletter content to keep sales and BDR teams informed and engaged
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including account engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of event management or field marketing experience with direct ownership of the full event lifecycle
  • Extensive hands-on trade show experience, including managing third-party hosted events and external vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com for campaign creation and list management
  • Experience with procurement systems including purchase order and invoice processing
  • Background in a technology-oriented environment such as enterprise software, cybersecurity, endpoint technology, or a comparable tech company
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Tableau for performance reporting and campaign analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent events across geographies and juggle competing priorities
  • Familiarity with building event landing pages, registration workflows, and post-event email nurture sequences
  • Experience supporting ABM initiatives and developing targeted account lists aligned to pipeline goals
