Coveo

Quebec, QC • On-site

Full-time

Job description

Shape the systems behind a world-class employee experience.

How do you scale people operations thoughtfully when your company is growing, but still values agility? At Coveo, we're looking for someone who can bridge People, systems, and execution to help us evolve the way our HR technology ecosystem supports the business.

This role sits at the intersection of People Operations, project management, and enterprise systems. You'll partner closely with People leaders, Information Systems & Technologies, and executive stakeholders to translate HR needs into scalable solutions across platforms like Workday and our applicant tracking systems.

As our Senior Business Systems Advisor (HR) you will:
  • Evaluate processes, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions adapted to Coveo's reality and growth stage.
  • Own and drive cross-functional HR systems initiatives, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and adoption.
  • Partner with People teams to translate operational and strategic needs into clear system requirements and implementation plans.
  • Act as the main bridge between HR and IS, ensuring priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs stay aligned with business goals.
  • Support the evolution of Coveo's HR technology ecosystem, including Workday and talent acquisition platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Chief People Officer and Systems leaders, to influence roadmap decisions and improve employee experience through technology.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Significant experience leading HR systems and technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or ERP platforms such as Workday, without necessarily being deeply configuration-focused.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Solid project management skills, including prioritization, estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
What will make you stand out:
  • Experience working in consulting, transformation, or implementation environments.
  • Exposure to HR technology ecosystems beyond HCMs, such as performance management or applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience scaling processes and systems in mid-sized organizations balancing enterprise ambitions with pragmatic execution.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to challenge ideas constructively while building trust across teams.
