Accounting/HR Manager:


We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, full-time, on-site Accounting/HR Manager to oversee our daily financial operations and human resources needs. In this dual role, you will manage bookkeeping, billing, and standard HR functions. We value proven, hands-on experience and a strong work ethic.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Oversight: Manage daily bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger activities.
  • Billing: Handle customer billing accurately and manage accounts receivable.
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all company employees.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage the onboarding process for new hires, and administer company benefits.
  • Reporting: Prepare basic financial summaries for management review.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Required experience in accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or a closely related financial support role.
  • Education: An accounting degree is not required, but preferred—your proven track record and hands-on skills are what matter most to us.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Excel, excellent organizational abilities, high attention to detail, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, collaborative spirit, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn.
