Tonix Pharmaceuticals* is a fully integrated, commercial-stage biotechnology company focused on central nervous system (CNS) and immunology treatments in areas of high unmet medical need. TONMYA® (cyclobenzaprine HCl sublingual tablets 2.8 mg) is the first new treatment for fibromyalgia in adults in more than 15 years. Tonix's CNS commercial infrastructure supports its marketed products, including its acute migraine products, Zembrace® Symtouch® (sumatriptan injection 3 mg) and Tosymra® (sumatriptan nasal spray 10 mg). Tonix is investigating TONMYA® in Phase 2 clinical trials to evaluate its potential in major depressive disorder and acute stress disorder/acute stress reaction. Position Overview
The Manager, Commercial Analytics & Reporting is responsible for developing and delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Human Resources, and other business functions to transform complex data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
The Manager, Commercial Analytics & Reporting will design and maintain business intelligence solutions, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure data integrity, and identify opportunities to improve business performance through analytics and process optimization. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner, providing leadership with timely insights that support commercialization, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
Essential Functions
  • Support patient-level analytics including patient journey analysis, treatment persistence, adherence, and line of therapy sequencing.
  • Support sales force effectiveness (SFE) analytics including HCP targeting, call activity, reach and frequency reporting, and field performance tracking.
  • Support incentive compensation (IC) reporting including territory performance tracking and quota attainment.
  • Analyze market access and payer data including formulary coverage and prior authorization trends.
  • Analyze commercial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders and executive management.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure organizational performance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and recurring/ad hoc reports using Power BI or similar BI tools, providing timely and meaningful business insights.
  • Perform root cause analyses and other analytical projects to support strategic business decisions.
  • Support forecasting, commercialization, and strategic planning initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems, identifying and resolving data quality issues that impact reporting and decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, HR, IT, and Executive Leadership, and collaborate with external vendors to support data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes, dashboard standards, and data definitions.
  • Present analytical findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Evaluate existing reporting and analytics processes and recommend opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on emerging analytics technologies, reporting tools, and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to business users on reporting tools, dashboards, and data interpretation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Necessary Skills and Abilities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful business insights.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.

Experience Requirements
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, commercial analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience writing SQL queries and working with multiple data sources.
  • Experience supporting business leaders through reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting commercial organizations, including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, or Market Access, preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms preferred.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical prescription data sources including IQVIA Xponent or Symphony Health preferred.
  • Experience with Veeva CRM data preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare data, including prescription, claims, specialty pharmacy, distribution, or market data, preferred.
  • Experience supporting commercial product launches is a plus.

Salary Range
$108,000-$150,000 USD
