Job description

Stellantis is seeking an EEO Compliance, AI & Analytics Specialist, who will have responsibility for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local EEO laws through workplace investigations, data analytics, compliance monitoring, and strategic reporting. This role combines traditional EEO case management with AI-enabled technologies and workforce analytics to identify risk trends, improve reporting, enhance case management processes, and support proactive compliance and workplace culture initiatives. Partners closely with HR, Labor Relations, Legal, Operations, and business leaders to investigate workplace concerns and provide data-driven insights that strengthen organizational compliance and equity programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct impartial investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, and workplace conduct concerns.
  • Develop investigative plans, conduct interviews, analyze evidence, and prepare investigation reports.
  • Maintain case documentation and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve case management, trend analysis, workflow efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
  • Evaluate AI-generated insights for fairness, accuracy, legal defensibility, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Analyze workforce and case data to identify trends, risks, policy gaps, and workplace culture indicators.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and presentations using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations, Data Analytics, Statistics, Legal Studies, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Labor Relations, EEO Compliance, or Workplace Investigations
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and preparing formal reports
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or certifications in HR, Employment Law, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or AI
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, EEO Investigator Certification, Data Analytics Certification, and/or AI Fundamentals Certification
  • Experience in manufacturing, unionized, or multi-site environments
  • Knowledge of EEO-related laws and regulations (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, EEOC, OFCCP)
  • Experience with AI-enabled analytics, compliance monitoring, and AI governance practices
