Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior HR Systems Specialist to lead the evolution of our HR data analytics capability and serve as a subject matter expert in Visier Data Analytics and Workday Adaptive Workforce Planning.
This role will be instrumental in transitioning the organization from traditional reporting to advanced analytics-embedding actionable insights into daily HR and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine deep HR systems expertise with strong project and change management capabilities to drive adoption and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data & Analytics Transformation
  • Lead the transformation from static reporting to advanced HR analytics, enabling predictive and prescriptive insights.
  • Design and deliver scalable dashboards, KPIs, and analytics frameworks aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to embed data-driven decision-making into workforce planning, talent management, and operational processes.
  • Translate complex workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools through training, enablement, and change management.

Visier & Workforce Planning Expertise
  • Serve as a functional and technical SME for Visier Analytics and Workday Adaptive Workforce Planning.
  • Configure, optimize, and enhance analytics models, workforce plans, and data structures to support business needs.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and alignment across HR systems (Workday core, Adaptive, Visier).
  • Identify opportunities to expand analytics use cases and increase ROI on existing platforms.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and insights to support strategic workforce insights and decisions.
  • Add external data leveraging Visier Extend.
  • Create training materials, documentation, and communication plans.
  • Support global user community with enablement, best practices, and governance standards.

Project & Change Management
  • Lead cross-functional HRIS and analytics initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Develop and execute structured project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk mitigation, and stakeholder governance.
  • Drive organizational change by developing communication strategies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Partner with HR and Non-HR stakeholders globally to ensure successful adoption of existing systems and tools to become business enablers.
  • Promote a data-driven culture within HR and the broader organization.
  • Lead and deliver projects end-to-end, including:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Solution design
    • Testing and deployment
    • Post-go-live support

System Ownership & Optimization
  • Stay updated with added/new functionality within systems and communicate with end users.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and alignment across systems.
  • Maintain users and security permissions.
  • Technical and functional End-User support.
  • Manage data flows and automation.
  • Train Business Unit admins and Super Users.
  • Develops and maintains documentation, training materials, procedures, etc.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Finance, or IT related field
  • Five plus years of experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, or workforce planning roles
  • Three years' experience of either leading or assisting with an Analytics journey from start to finish.
  • Proven track record of delivering HR analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Three plus years of project management experience leading global or cross functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated change management experience with a focus on user adoption and capability building.
  • Experience supporting executive-level insights and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Visier Workforce Analytics (or similar platform) and Workday Adaptive Workforce Planning preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Workday Core HCM and integrations
  • Exposure to financial planning processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting)
  • Change management certification or formal training (e.g., ADKAR)
  • Experience with data visualization tools and storytelling techniques.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Position requires a strong team player.
