Senior Vizier Admin and Support Consultant Job Remote

Responsibilities
Security Model management:
Design, implement and maintain security measures including user access controls, data encryption, and compliance with data protection regulations.
User & permission management; data access & testing o Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions. o Test and verify appropriate user data access for sensitive HR data. o Document security changes for seamless data auditing, including systems, processes, client interactions, projects, and solution design. o Design data access solutions that utilize current security best practice and provide efficient and effective solutions to complex data access requests. o Perform pre/post security implementation regression testing.
User data access testing and validation o Validate user data access levels and process new user requests. o Work with senior leadership on user access exceptions and document divergence from established workflow processes. o Test all security-based data access changes using random sampling of user access in production environment to ensure appropriate level of access to data
Validating sample files in Visier
comparing data elements and summaries in Visier to what's in Workday, analyzing discrepancies and facilitating the resolution of any issues discovered. Same as Data upload validation above Data Monitoring, Validation & Issue resolution support
Periodic Visier platforms audits, compliance reviews, audit and related documentation
Handling Service Manager production support tickets, issue trackers and managing Visier access controls.
Investigate and triage data issues (load failure investigation, data quality issues, bugs) within Visier (i.e. driver of the issue, perform root cause analysis) and coordinate remediation with all stakeholders including Visier, Digital and PX Insights Business team: o Data quality (content, format, completeness) o Data load failures (internal process support, validation errors, vendor process/mapping and related support) o Communication and resolution support (internal and vendor facing)
Provide technical expertise for Visier support needs o Continuous improvement: maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in HR analytics and adoption. o Possess knowledge of SaaS based security models including user groups, permissions, visualization packages, and basic security methodology, preferably with the Visier platform. o Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations. o Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed HR insights for people decisions.
Validating data loads in Visier -
comparing data elements and summaries in Visier to what's in Workday / PX data lake, analyzing discrepancies and facilitating the resolution of any issues discovered.
Periodic manual and automated Data Reconciliation
Data upload validation o Support data workflows (accuracy, integrity, quality) o Data validations comparing source systems, intermediary, and vendor solution data match
Supporting UAT as directed by our client
creating and executing UAT test cases and logging defects.
Pushes to production. Data analysis to remediate production issues:
Ability to utilize Visier to create Analysis to recreate or test issues, etc.
Ability to break business problems / issues down into individual elements and applying what is learned to an appropriate process for resolution and ensure permanent resolution.
Interpret and communicate finding to inform strategic decisions and drive positive business outcomes.

Knowledgeable about Visier platform backend including data configuration and security.
Business Acumen.
Effective communication, facilitating collaboration across functions to align client needs with platform capabilities.
People analytics experience using vendor-based analytic solutions, using data from source systems such as PeopleSoft or Workday.
Experience with Human Resources data and understanding of the Human Resources function.
