Human Resources

Job Summary

Serves as a subject matter expert for Visier technology, including training, promotion, adoption, analytics, and product expertise. Key responsibilities include user adoption with maximizing value derived from technology, supporting stakeholders in reviewing and interpreting key reports and telling stories with Visier. Aids in identifying performance improvement initiatives and facilitating strong communication with HR executives and business partners, and other stakeholders as identified. Facilitates meetings with stakeholders across the enterprise to support human resource initiatives. The role demands deep content knowledge and understanding of human resource people data across an integrated system.

Essential Functions
  • Training / Promotion / Adoption
  • Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and ongoing support to ensure users (HR Partners and COEs, leaders, etc) can effectively utilize the tool.
  • Monitor user engagement, identify areas of low adoption, develop and implement strategies to improve utilization, such as sharing success stories.
  • Advise users to personalize the application to meet their needs.
  • Facilitate Visier User Advisory Group.
  • Analytics (support HR in supporting the organization)
  • Consult with human resources for business interventions.
  • Provide recommendations on data sets / visualizations to gain insights.
  • Assist with interpreting data / visualizations / insights.
  • Assist in creating stories / reports / presentations of information.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the tool to improve business outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Product Expertise / Super User
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to users, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Partner with the People Analytics team (system administrators) on enhancements and upgrades.
  • Engage with the Visier community for best practices and to advance the application.
  • Work with Digital Services and customers to import data as needed to ensure accuracy. Facilitate meetings with customers to resolve identified issues. Work with customer leaders (i.e. HR and other leadership stakeholders) to reconcile true root cause of data issues and to resolve it appropriately.
  • Work with the Liaison counterparts, customers, and vendors to resolve reoccurring issues.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Data Analytics, Health Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant experience in Management or leading teams
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Data Analytics / Benchmarking technology (such as Visier)

Preferred

  • Master's Degree or equivalent Data Analytics, Health or Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience in Healthcare
