Wage: $20/hour

Shift:  Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Location: Ramsey, MN (in office - not remote or hybrid)

What you'll do:

• Willingness to Learn: Remains open to coaching and feedback and shows interest in learning optical products, systems, and processes.
• Adaptability: Stays calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Teamwork: Works well with others and supports teammates in meeting daily service goals.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens and learning order-entry and phone systems through training.

 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of telephone customer service experience is a plus
• Optical experience recommended
• Must work out of the Ramsey office (not remote)

High School Diploma

1 (one) year of telephone customer service expereince 

Optical experience strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to represent the company in a professional manner

Able to work as a team

Good communication skills, problem solving, and follow through

Ability to do simple math

Able to read and write English

Able to memorize large amounts of data accurately 

Must posses basic computer knowledge and be able to use it effectively  

Answer incoming inquiry calls from customers in a professional manner

Process Rx and stock orders accurately

Address customer concerns regarding billing and services rendered

Refer complaints of service failures to designated department managers for investigation

Give estimated order completion times to customer, monitor own "promise jobs" and notify customers of delays

Use tools supplied to communicate with internal and external customers (DVI Promise Report, SalesForce, email, Rapid Response, DVI Job Notes, tracking deliveries)

Keeps abreast of products, availability and pricing

Other duties as required

Attendance and Punctuality 

Is consistently at work and on time

Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent

Must be able to work overtime when needed

Arrives at meetings and appointments on-time
